Description

Are you keen and looking to develop a career in business administration? We are looking for a proactive and fully customer focused, outgoing business service administrator. You will be required to help manage the visitor journey for all Walesby Forest customers from initial enquiry, coming to site, to the farewell at the end. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Demonstrable ability to develop relationships
  • IT systems

Desirable

  • A track record of building partnerships
  • Working within a charitable environment
  • Working in a setting with very high seasonal peaks and troughs

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Essential

  • High standard of computer literacy
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to plan and prioritise own workload with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills required to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure
  • Ability to plan ahead and work within agreed timeframes

Desirable

  • Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
