YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Business Service Assistant (Receptionist) to join the Corporate Services team. You will play a critical role in making sure our people and our visitors are greeted in a polite, professional manner, ensuring that the company is represented to the highest standard. Front of house for answering phones, receiving visitors, sorting, and distributing mail

  • Support the Advisory Sector and finance team with accounts payable tasks, checking of expense claims andtimesheet auditing.
  • Support the Business Services function heads as required eg Finance, Human Resources, marketing, Legal.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for any staff in or out of location.
  • Prepare meeting rooms/spaces and the reception area. Ensuring that all areas and are clean, presentable, andready for use
  • Under the direction of the Business Services Lead NSW, coordination of services and minor repairs to facilitieswithin the office
  • Coordinate and distribute communications to the office eg. weekly newsletters, desk bookings
  • Provide training and continuing support to the Advisory and Sydney for preparing their own expenses claimsand time sheet submissions and other activities as requeste
  • Production and maintenance of CVs for Advisory and NSW
  • Maintenance and ordering of office supplies for stationery, kitchen, etc
  • Adhoc general support to the Advisory Sector and Business Services Partner NSW
