JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Services Coordinator I will perform a wide variety of sophisticated duties within a very fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ability to work independently and with minimal direction will be crucial to success in this role, as will being capable of balancing multiple simultaneous priorities. Qualified candidates will demonstrate an ability to build performance-based interpersonal relationships, and exercise a high degree of discretion when working with key partners throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 5-7 yrs of administrative experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise tact and judgment when handling confidential matters daily
  • Ability to be resilient, composed, and positive when experiencing challenges
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly shifting environment
    This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities
  • Utilization of both initiative and judgment in managing various matters, including coordinating and maintaining effective office procedures and efficient work flows; implementing policies and procedures; establishing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders
  • Acts as the liaison for office logistics
  • Support the teams with the on-boarding of new team members (i.e. badges, seating and telecom logistics, computer access etc.)
  • Provide calendar management as needed (set meetings, accept meetings, rearrange meetings as well as keep all phone, email, video conferences, etc. contacts current at all times)
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and meeting logistics for teams
  • Support budget management, invoice management and consultant/contractor onboarding and off boarding
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, which may include the support of project teams
