Mott MacDonald is seeking a Work Winning and Proposals Coordinator to provide strong and reliable support to our Transport leadership team based in NSW. This is a unique and strategic role that supports our Sector Leadership team locally, while also collaborating with the Asia Pacific New Zealand and Australia (APNA) Prospects and Submissions team to proactively contribute to work winning opportunities and in delivering strong submissions.
As our Australia business is rapidly growing, you will find that no two days are the same! The role will promise lots of opportunities to unleash your creativity and see your creations come to live! Some of the activities include:
- Preparing on-brand PowerPoint presentations, client-tailored capability documents and industry leading marketing materials
- Implement best practice in developing end-to-end proposals by using our templates, tools, tone of voice and in accordance with Mott MacDonald brand guidelines.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with key project stakeholders across APNA and disciplines that include subject matter experts and senior executives to deliver timely and high-quality submissions.
- Thoroughly review and comprehend client requests to tailor responses effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the APNA marketing team to prepare social media posts and intranet content.
