The South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) is responsible for protecting the South Australian community from the effects of fire, road crashes, chemical incidents and other emergencies. We are a team of approximately 1,300 operational personnel and corporate professionals serving the Community across 20 metropolitan and 17 regional fire stations.

Responsibilities

The South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) is seeking a proactive and organised Business Services Coordinator to join the Community Safety and Resilience Department (CSRD). This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality administrative support within the CSRD, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the safety and resilience of the community.
The Business Services Coordinator will deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive support to a dedicated team of community-focused professionals, while also providing professional customer service to the public, stakeholders, and internal staff. The role involves reviewing, researching, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, as well as managing the Community and Schools Engagement (CASE) Program.
