This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and a background in administrative coordination, particularly in labor and immigration-related services. General Responsibilities As a Business Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Document Preparation & Management Draft official letters, fill out forms, and compile supporting documents for visa, work permit, or labor compliance processes. Maintain accurate records and ensure all folders are up-to-date. Application Tracking Monitor each team members or officers application progress with government offices. Coordinate with relevant agencies and inform stakeholders of required follow-ups. Administrative Coordination Collaborate with internal teams for fee payments and client information verification. Maintain an organized system (physical and digital) for documentation. Expertise in Immigration & Labor Stay updated on immigration and labor regulations. Provide guidance on best practices for filing applications. Customer & Team Support Communicate with stakeholders to clarify application details.
