Job Details Job Location: Corporate - Harrisonburg, VA 22802 Park View Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Business Services Manager to lead our Business Services and Lending teams in driving growth and deepening relationships with business members across all sectors. This role requires a strong sense of accountability, the ability to prioritize strategically across competing demands, and exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and trust. Qualifications What You'll Need to Succeed The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and leadership capability to this role. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is preferred. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working with business accounts, preferably in a credit union, or in business lending, along with 5 years of supervisory experience. Key qualifications include: Strong familiarity with financial services systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies Proven leadership and management skills, including coaching, communication, and sound decision-making Experience in expanding portfolio growth through sales and service coaching Deep understanding of credit union compliance and business operations, including cash flow management Strong interpersonal skills essential for team leadership and relationship-building This role requires someone who can lead with confidence, prioritize effectively, and contribute to strategic growth across the organization.
