We are currently seeking a Business Services Specialist to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. A typical day as a Business Services Specialist can include: * Prepares and processes customer and vendor quotes; * Addresses customer / vendors questions, comments, and concerns; * Works with other departments to ensure that project requests are fulfilled and given to the customer for approval; * Communicates with team members and customers on inventory levels and shipment arrival estimates; * Assisting customers and/or vendors in problem resolution. Required Education & Experience: * Bachelor’s Degree; * Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great customer service; * Strong math and problem-solving skills; * Intermediate level skills in Excel (i.e. pivot table and VLookups); * Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks.
