QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the UAE, preferably in a business setup or consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Freezones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions.
  • Excellent understanding of business licenses, visa processes, and company formation requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi (fluency in other languages like Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Setup Advisors and Consultants only to join our dynamic team for both Freezone and Mainland License formations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE’s business environment, including Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company formation, and will provide exceptional advisory services to clients aiming to establish their businesses in the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable business setup options (Mainland, Freezone, or Offshore) based on their needs and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on company formation, business licenses, visa processing, and other regulatory requirements in the UAE.
  • Guide clients through the entire process of company incorporation, including documentation, approvals, and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Freezone authorities, government departments, and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest UAE laws, regulations, and market trends related to business setup and licensing.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide customized solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer additional services such as PRO, visa processing, and banking solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and close sales by effectively pitching services and solutions.
  • Prepare reports on client progress, inquiries, and market trends.
