We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Business Setup Consultant to guide clients through the end-to-end process of starting or expanding their businesses in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE business regulations, licensing procedures, and visa processes, and will play a crucial role in delivering cost-effective, customer-centric setup solutions.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong knowledge of UAE business setup processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and manage several client files simultaneously
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Sales-driven mindset with a consultative approach

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup or related consulting roles
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial laws, licensing authorities, and immigration processes

• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility analysis to help clients understand the Dubai business landscape.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable business activities aligned with UAE laws and market demand.
• Guide clients in choosing and reserving trade names in compliance with the Department of Economic Development (DED) or free zone authorities.
• Facilitate the process of obtaining the necessary licenses and approvals from relevant authorities (DED, Free Zones, DMCC, etc.).
• Help clients secure a business address that meets regulatory and operational requirements.
• Oversee the business registration process including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Assist in opening corporate bank accounts by liaising with banks and ensuring documentation readiness.
• Manage the visa processing and immigration requirements for investors, employees, and dependents.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE legal, commercial, and labor laws, keeping clients updated on regulatory changes.
• Promote our affordable and customized business setup packages, aligning with startup and SME needs.
