  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy
  • In-depth knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a sales environment
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows (visa processing, amendments, renewals, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Familiar with CRM systems, proposal tools, and digital communication platforms
  • Fluent in English
  • Target-oriented, confident, and well-presented
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Business Setup Advisor with deep expertise in UAE company formation across Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions. This role requires a professional who can not only close high-value deals but also lead and guide a team of sales consultants, oversee operations, and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advise clients on company formation options in Mainland (e.g., DED, SPC), Free Zones (e.g., IFZA, DMCC, RAKEZ, SHAMS), and Offshore jurisdictions
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met
  • Oversee the full business setup process from consultation to license issuance and visa processing
  • Review client documentation, structure proposals, and offer tailored setup solutions
  • Coordinate with internal operations and PRO teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and conduct regular training sessions
  • Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and free zone partners
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and maintain accurate client records
  • Represent the company in key meetings and handle escalations when necessary
  • Track sales pipeline and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
