Manhattan Management Consultancy is looking for a motivated Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai.

We’re looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and convert conversations into successful deals.

Salary range: AED 3,500 - AED 5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements

• Present suitable business setup solutions based on client needs

• Follow up consistently and maintain strong client relationships

• Handle sales discussions, negotiations, and objections professionally

• Convert qualified leads into successful business setup clients

• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM

• Work towards individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or client-facing roles

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in speaking with clients and handling sales conversations

• A proactive, target-oriented approach

• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
