REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in business setup or corporate services.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Freezone and Mainland company formation processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Existing network of channel partners is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and propose the most suitable business setup and licensing solutions.
  • Explain the UAE company formation process, including Freezone/Mainland license options, visa procedures, and banking requirements.
  • Prepare and send professional proposals and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Stay informed on UAE business laws, Freezone/Mainland regulations, and current market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and networking contacts.
  • Represent EBFS at relevant business events when required.
