REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–4 years of experience in UAE as a Business Setup Consultant or Sales head
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team
  • Strong understanding of UAE Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions
  • Basic knowledge of operational flow (visa, documentation, timelines)
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Target-driven, organized, and confident in closing deals
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Head to lead our business setup consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business setup sales, the ability to lead and develop a team, and basic understanding of operational coordination. This is a key leadership role focused on driving growth and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants to meet monthly targets
  • Provide expert consultations to clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, deal closures, and excellent client relationship management
  • Monitor sales KPIs and pipelines, and report performance to senior management
  • Support the team with proposal reviews and client strategy discussions
  • Coordinate with the operations and PRO teams for smooth execution of licensing and visa processes
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
  • Keep up to date with UAE company formation trends, pricing, and competition
  • Represent the company in key meetings with clients and business partners
