The Business Systems Analyst - ERP for our Timekeeping and Payroll project implementation plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role ensures successful delivery by capturing business requirements, analyzing processes, and facilitating collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement ERP integration solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor and maintain ERP system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP integration processes, configurations, and technical integrations.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ERP implementation projects.
  • Ensure project milestones and objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
