The Business & Solution Consultant is the main point of contact for our key customers and has a substantial focus on revenue generation by upselling products and services to our existing customer base.
This role is responsible for providing a platinum service to our customers and will specialize in product demonstration and relationship development to drive customer spend in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive Revenue Growth Through Account Management: Oversee designated customer accounts with the goal of increasing revenue and expanding market presence.
· Showcase Kinetic Product Solutions: Deliver compelling demonstrations of Kinetic’s product offerings, both virtually and in-person, to effectively communicate their value.
· Provide Market Intelligence and Customer Feedback: Gather and relay market trends and customer needs to enhance current solutions and contribute to the development of new products.
· Foster Long-Term Customer Relationships: Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients and key industry stakeholders to strengthen business ties and support mutual growth.
· Utilize CRM and Analytical Tools: Employ platforms such as SalesForce and SharePoint to collect and analyse market and prospect data, enhancing decision-making and market insights.
· Support Marketing and Sales Efforts: Assist in the execution of the company’s marketing and sales strategies to drive engagement and sales success.
· Collaborate on Configurable Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to assess and define tailored solutions that meet client needs and specifications.
· Handle RFPs and Contract Negotiations: Analyse and respond to RFPs/RFIs, manage contract negotiations, and oversee the preparation and administration of addendums.
· Ensure Exceptional Account Satisfaction: Implement both tactical and strategic approaches to guarantee that customer accounts are not just satisfied but delighted with the services provided.
