THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Education level bachelor or higher. Profound knowledge by means of education or experience of the main (field) service and maintenance processes.
  • Three to six years of experience in a similar role in a dynamic, international corporation either as business consultant or application specialist.
  • First class analytical skills (without losing the oversight).
  • Experience working with service applications (Astea Alliance, FMP360 or other).
  • Fluent in Dutch or Swedish and English (speaking as well as writing). Profound knowledge of a further European language is an advantage (German or French preferred).
  • Having (some) technical skills in area of SQL/API/RPA/PowerBI will help. The job comes with regular international travel, mostly in Western Europe.

Responsibilities

Within BSP we distinguish four workstreams, together covering the full width of our business from sales to production and via service to finance. The role described here relates to the workstream Service and Maintenance.
Service and Maintenance consists of all processes from installation of doors to selling and managing service contracts, via the lifecycle of service events, quotations and preventative maintenance, with support of service logistics.
In the role of Business Solution Specialist for Service and Maintenance you will take charge of process enhancements and business support. Working closely with the colleagues from the Business Applications team as well as software suppliers and external consultants, you will setup and improve service applications to support our business in the execution of their high value service management processes.

You would also:

  • 2nd level support for service systems (such as Astea Alliance), working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Managing change requests for the different business units, from requirement gathering to delivery.Participating in projects to improve and harmonize business processes and to install new service solutions.
