Within BSP we distinguish four workstreams, together covering the full width of our business from sales to production and via service to finance. The role described here relates to the workstream Service and Maintenance.
Service and Maintenance consists of all processes from installation of doors to selling and managing service contracts, via the lifecycle of service events, quotations and preventative maintenance, with support of service logistics.
In the role of Business Solution Specialist for Service and Maintenance you will take charge of process enhancements and business support. Working closely with the colleagues from the Business Applications team as well as software suppliers and external consultants, you will setup and improve service applications to support our business in the execution of their high value service management processes.
You would also:
Managing change requests for the different business units, from requirement gathering to delivery.Participating in projects to improve and harmonize business processes and to install new service solutions.
