Job Description WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT Your new role will be in a growing scrum team that is proactively ensuring reliable and competitive delivery to B2C and B2B customers, supporting the omnichannel shopping experience. Here you will focus on building a solid understanding of the JYSK processes supporting the end customer deliveries. Your main responsibilities will be: Implement and Test solutions within JYSK logistics IT. Creating, executing, and validating test cases to ensure high‑quality system performance. Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across solutions enabling different delivery options. Providing support for logistics systems by analyzing and resolving system and process issues, including identifying the root causes of recurring failures. Expanding and maintaining your expertise in logistics systems to drive continuous improvement within the supply chain. Participate in IT projects and document/communicate related business processes. Representing logistics interests in cross‑organizational IT initiatives to ensure our needs are understood and integrated. Experience working with testing – from identification to execution. (Bonus if you have experience within logistics, but not a must). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools or the motivation to learn this. Background in IT, Logistics or related fields Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment Travelling is to be expected for the position, as it is an international team – 20-40 days/year.
