These values are our foundation!  The essence of the role  We are seeking a Gainsight Administrator to manage and optimize the Gainsight platform within our sales & marketing technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for administering Gainsight, supporting integrations with Salesforce, and leading sales technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal teams. The successful candidate will also support Gong, Outreach, Docusign, and Chilipiper.  The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience working with sales technology platforms, strong Salesforce integration expertise, and the ability to lead technical projects while supporting operational system requests through Jira.    Key Responsibilities  Platform Administration  * Administer and maintain the Gainsight platform, including:   * user setup and permissions   * lifecycle programs   * customer journeys   * health scorecards   * dashboards and reporting   * workflow automation   * Ensure system governance, security, and data integrity.   Salesforce Integration Management  * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Gainsight–Salesforce integrations.   * Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.   * Monitor system performance and proactively identify integration issues.   Sales Technology Ecosystem Support  * Support other sales & marketing platforms involving:   * Gong   * DocuSign   * Outreach   * Chilipiper  * Ensure data consistency and smooth cross-platform workflows.   Project Leadership  * Lead sales technology initiatives including:   * platform enhancements   * new integrations   * process automation   * system optimization projects   * Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.   * Manage project timelines, risks, vendors, and delivery milestones.   Operational Support  * Manage incoming system requests and incidents through Jira.   * Troubleshoot platform and integration issues.   * Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process guides.   Cross-Functional Collaboration  * Partner closely with:   * Sales   * Marketing   * Customer Success   * Legal   * Revenue Operations   * Work with external vendors and implementation partners as needed.  Who are you?  * 3–5 years of experience administering Gainsight  * Salesforce Certified Administrator  * Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems  * Experience administering Chilipiper, Gong, Outreach and Docusign  * Experience managing technical work through Jira  * Experience leading or delivering system implementation or integration projects  * Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking skills  * Strong technical problem-solving ability  * Project management and delivery ownership  * Stakeholder communication and collaboration  * Process improvement mindset  * Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities      Being you at Sinch:  We're a worldwide group of people committed to diversity.
