About the role

As a Systems Business Analyst, you will be at the centre of driving operational excellence, bridging the gap between business teams and technology solutions. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Operations, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving business systems by troubleshooting issues, delivering pricing and scripting changes, and translating business needs into actionable requirements.

• Partnering closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll document requirements and collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, developers, and the Voice & AI Lead to implement enhancements, resolve system challenges, and optimise processes. Success in this role requires a hands-on, operational mindset and a passion for ensuring systems run smoothly while delivering meaningful business outcomes.
