REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant technical and business work experience
  • Requires experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes
  • Proficiency in IIBA principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team/group setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Business applications product management experience required

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a liaison relationship with business partners, Cencora’s AI Platforms & Solutions team, and the broader IT organization to provide effective technical solutions, specifically focusing on generative AI initiatives
  • Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business use case requirements, with a particular emphasis on identifying viable use cases for AI enabled tools
  • Engage in short-term and long-term planning sessions, providing input the teams understanding of business goals for new AI-enabled products
  • Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of AI-driven business solutions
  • Develop test cases and perform system integration testing, validating test results during testing phases and troubleshooting any reported issues
  • Work with end users to optimize use of our tools and provide prompt engineering help as needed
  • Analyzes customer/stakeholder operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements to processes or impactful technology solutions
  • Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolution
  • Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution vs what can be accomplished by product/analyst team
  • Analyzes performance and user metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide inputs into short-and long-term planning sessions, balancing stakeholder needs with team capacity and priorities
  • Manages stakeholder expectations and information to ensure successful collaboration
  • Ensures IT solutions meet stakeholder needs by understanding those needs and the technology solution well enough to uphold a standard
  • Meet regularly with team to gather work statuses, understand obstacles, and take responsibility to clear them
  • May provide assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection, financial projection)
  • Coaches and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members
  • Understand the strengths and limitations of current technology to effectively manage stakeholder expectations around the responsible use of AI
