Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Business Solutions Analyst at Addepar, you will play a pivotal role in the People Technology space. With 2025 shaping up to be an exciting year for us, you will contribute to the implementation of several new Workday modules. Your role will involve overseeing project management, gathering and documenting requirements, ensuring timely execution, and driving successful outcomes for each initiative.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Requirements Gathering: Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their current processes, outline the requirements, and compile detailed documentation
  • Project Administration: Administrating the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, addressing potential risks, and achieving project objectives within scope
  • Documentation: Creating comprehensive materials, including test scripts and user manuals, to support system testing and end-user adoption
  • Team Communication: Ensuring clear and consistent communication within and across the team, including regular updates and shipped emails to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and key milestones
  • Configuration Support: Contribute to light Workday and other system configuration tasks, with opportunities to develop technical skills in system configuration
