We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Business Solutions Architect/Business Integration Manager to join our team. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless integration and execution of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of analytical and creative skills, with a proven track record in project management and business process integration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on business-IT integration and project management.
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy, with the ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams.
Self-starter, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects with tight feedback loops, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Business-IT Liaison: Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Integration Oversight: Ensure comprehensive execution and implementation of integration projects, including POCs, GTM strategies, and ongoing BAU processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business owners, sponsors, and cross-functional team members to drive project success and business outcomes.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to existing business processes and technology platforms, bolstering our modernized environment and ecosystem.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to developers and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Communication: Develop and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
