The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is looking for a Business Solutions Architect!
Serving as a strategic technology partner with a construction industry focus, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology innovation. You’ll translate operational goals into scalable digital solutions while driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and IT teams to deliver integrated technology solutions
• Design and oversee implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, project management tools)
• Develop enterprise architecture models and assess emerging technologies
• Lead cross-functional workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Ensure architectural standards, compliance, and cybersecurity protocols

Requirements:

• 8+ years in IT architecture, business analysis, or solution design
• Construction/engineering industry experience preferred
• Expertise with enterprise systems (Viewpoint, Procore, SAP)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and integration frameworks
• Experience with data architecture and business intelligence tools
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s preferred)
