The Global Finance Solutions (GFS) team liaises cross-functionally, sharing responsibility for the implementation, maintenance, modification, improvement, access, and governance of financial accounting and reporting systems with the goal of ensuring the accurate recognition and reporting of financial activity. GFS is a business partner to the Global Finance organization, providing training and issue resolution and has a key role in influencing Integration and Continuous Improvement projects.
The Implementation Specialist will report into the Manager, Global Finance Business Solutions BP&A and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data loads, testing business processes, and configuring Workday Adaptive and related systems. This role involves developing customer-specific training and documentation, supporting testing preparation and execution, and managing the overall testing strategy as well as supporting end users in the transition to a new headcount planning tool. The specialist will also play a key role in requirements gathering, knowledge transfer, issue resolution, and serving as a point of contact for integrations.
This is a fixed-term position that begins on 7/1/2025 and ends on or before 9/30/2027.
