JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Business Solutions Consultant who is passionate about providing tailored HR solutions to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with organizations to understand their unique challenges and offer strategic guidance that fosters success.
Location: Toronto, Canada
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & French)
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ HR needs, delivering customized solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and align with clients’ strategic objectives.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and implement tailored HR strategies focused on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development, ensuring measurable outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to drive the successful execution of HR initiatives, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to deliver integrated HR solutions that address clients’ unique challenges and foster long-term relationships.
- Workshops & Training: Lead workshops and training sessions designed to empower client organizations to optimize their HR processes and develop their talent strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in HR consulting or business solutions is essential.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Certifications: HR certifications such as CHRP or CHRL are mandatory.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support client needs effectively.
