EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in BPO or outsourcing solutions.
  • Proven success selling into industries such as Financial Services, Legal, Healthcare, Technology, or other compliance-driven sectors.
  • Experience with sales models including Fixed Price, T&M, Staff Augmentation, and “as-a-service” offerings.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stack (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or similar).
  • Strong understanding of BPO/outsourcing solutions and value-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
