In this varied role, you will be working closely with a significant client in the banking industry, assisting with Business Analysis and Project Management of strategic projects, as well as defining and maintaining business architecture and practices to configure product and service solutions to meet client requirements. You will also be involved in:

• Requirement gathering and analysis across applications, infrastructure, network, controls, and processes.
• Business analysis of full business requirements and client needs, identifying solutions to non-standard tasks and queries.
• Collaborating with senior-level clients, product managers, and technical architects to develop, enhance, and implement business architecture for complex business solutions.
• Reviewing functional and business process designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements.
• Working with stakeholders to track risk and security requirements toward implementation.
• Providing regular governance and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including incidents, risk, vulnerability, and control gap reporting.
• Driving customer workshops focused on product change requests and roadmap alignment.
• Leading local teams in project solutioning and delivery to ensure successful execution.
• Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in NPP (New Payments Platform), providing strategic guidance and domain expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
