Responsibilities

Identify and escalate project risks and issues to client and internal leadership

  • Working in partnership with the Project/Program Manager, will be responsible for the deliverables for all workstreams
  • Work with Solution Architects, Workstream Leads and PMO to define the organizational structure of the program/project
  • Identifying and tracking all cross-workstream dependencies
  • Lead the development of the “Go-Live” playbook and execution of the identified tasks, including mock conversions to validate the critical tasks
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes and individual client differences. Define and maintain a business architecture that offers flexibility to the product strategy to configure product and services solutions that meet business requirements of clients in the marketplace with a focus on business usability.
