KEY CAPABILITIES

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technology.
  • Proven ability to build and convert strategic customer relationships into revenue.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, budgeting, and decision-making processes. Ability to clearly communicate customer and market problems internally.
  • Skilled in identifying partnership opportunities and ecosystem integration.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in or serving enterprise markets such as Education, Healthcare, Construction, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in solution sales involving hardware, software, and services.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and enterprise IT environments.
  • Understanding of technology ecosystems including Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) and Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PTToC).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The Enterprise Solutions Manager is a strategic and cross-functional role that drives our expansion into enterprise markets. This position is responsible for shaping, validating, and launching innovative solutions that address industry-specific challenges across sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Construction, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Tourism, and Entertainment.
The successful candidate will leverage their industry knowledge, technical expertise, and professional relationships to directly contribute to the sales funnel, while also supporting Marketing and mentoring Sales teams. Additionally, they will work closely with Product Management to define solution requirements, validate market fit, and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
