Job Description Coordinate BST activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing summaries. Serve as central point of contact for BST members and partners. Identify businesses with hiring needs and track referrals, services, and hiring outcomes. Support development of business service plans involving incentives, tax programs, labor market information, and other workforce tools. Conduct outreach to businesses, chambers, and economic development partners; maintain employer relationships; support marketing materials and digital communications. Participate in industry/sector partnerships to identify workforce challenges and inform coordinated service delivery. Qualifications Knowledge of WIOA and EQUUS contract goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with diverse populations. Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software. Professional communication, appearance, and conduct. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; five years in sales/marketing. Effective oral and written communication; skilled in interviews and meetings. Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
