What You’ll Do Discover Opportunities: Dive into data to identify trends, uncover business challenges, and recommend strategies that improve performance and customer satisfaction. Drive Strategic Initiatives: Prepare, pilot, and implement new processes and solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business owners, leadership, and call center teams to align goals and deliver results. Analyze & Forecast: Evaluate customer interaction data, performance metrics, and operational patterns to anticipate needs and optimize resources. Communicate Insights: Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership. Improve Processes: Design workflows, refine systems, and create best practices that support successful launches and long-term success. Support Training & Quality: Provide feedback to teams, assist with training materials, and partner with QA to ensure continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for turning data into strategy. Experience managing complex data and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple departments. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. Experience in health care insurance or health care industry preferred, but those with relevant experience in other industries will be considered. Relevant experience in the following areas is required 1) market research, 2) experience using quantitative, business intelligence and/or relational database 3) manipulation of data. Previous experience in HR / Finance / Compliance highly preferred Strong written and oral communications, detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive. Excellent time management skills & strong attention to detail are mandatory. Strong logical approach to verifying product requirements. Ability to work independently and with others.
