Responsibilities
  • Diagnose & Solve: Review business diagnostics and identify core constraints. Build and execute action plans that create measurable results.
  • Frameworks & Tools: Develop scalable solutions and reusable frameworks that deliver consistent client wins.
  • Client Impact: Lead 1:1 and group coaching sessions, mastermind forums, and strategic planning engagements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Leadership to ensure world-class client experiences.
  • Pre-Work & Follow-Up: Own the pre-session process (discovery, diagnostics, pre-work analysis) to ensure sessions are high-value and results-driven.

Success Metrics

  • 80%+ client retention and renewal
  • NPS of 75 or higher
  • Scalable framework deployment across industries
  • Material delivery 72+ hours pre-session
  • Client business growth, profitability, and systemization milestones

Compensation

  • Earning Range: $100k – $240,000+
  • Base + performance incentives
