As we expand globally, we are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Business Strategist to join our remote team based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data-driven analysis of business performance, customer trends, and internal operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs across academic programs, tutor performance, student retention, and overall growth.
• Support strategic planning efforts by providing insights, forecasts, and business modeling.
• Assist in optimizing workflows, business processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with marketing, academic coordination, and administrative teams to align execution with strategic goals.
• Track competitor activity and market trends in the online education and tutoring space.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning for new initiatives, products, or services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a business strategy, operations, or project management role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, data visualization, and business modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team, including across time zones.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the online education or tutoring industry is a strong plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
• Previous experience in a U.S.-facing role or with international teams.
