Job Title Business Strategy Analyst MCC & WH Job Description Minimum required Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, International Business or equivalent. Your Challenge: As a Business Strategy Analyst for Mother & Child Care and Women’s Health, you will support the strategic direction, growth agenda, and transformation initiatives of one of Philips’ most purpose-driven businesses. You will work closely with the MCC/WH leadership team and the Personal Health Strategy function to analyze markets, develop strategic insights, and translate strategy into actionable recommendations. The Mother and Child Care/Women’s Health Business Unit is a global leader in providing pre-conception, pregnancy and post-partum solutions to consumers, healthcare professionals, insurers and governments under the Philips Avent brand and Pregnancy+ App. It is part of the Philips Personal Health, which has the ambition to seamlessly connect health care professionals, Payers, Governments, and consumers. You will report to the PH Head of Strategy, with a strong dotted line to the Mother and Child Care/Women’s Health business leader. Your role: You will contribute to shaping and executing the MCC/WH strategy by providing data-driven insights, structured problem solving, and strategic analyses across markets, portfolios, and business models. Support development of mid- and long-term strategic initiatives including growth, transformation, and digitization Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses Build business cases and quantify financial and strategic impact Deep-dive into market share and market evolutions Analyze new business models, partnerships, and geographic expansion opportunities Support strategy execution through planning, tracking, and performance reviews Maintain insights on market, portfolio, and ecosystem developments Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, R&D, Regions, and Strategy teams You're the right fit if: 3-5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics Strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, or similar Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Interest in healthcare, consumer health, or HealthTech Strong communication and stakeholder management skills International exposure is a plus Willingness to travel up to ~15–20% How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
