RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle all team operation issues including HR, sales strategy and training to support team and branch insurance sales activities * Expertise in insurance products, market activities and complaint handling * Perform clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned REQUIREMENTS: * Degree holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines * At least 5 year working experience, including 3 years working experiences in banking sector * Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must * Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in both written and verbal communication * Good communication skill, can work independently and work under high pressure * Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Strategy Manager
