The Microsoft Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of Microsoft’s end-to-end customer experience. We aim to enhance our company's edge by leveraging market insights, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.  As a Business Strategy Manager for the Strategy, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives team, you will lead the annual planning motion across CE&S business units, manage the interface with the broader GTM organization (MCAPS), and contribute to the development and implementation of an “always on” strategy and planning motion for CE&S. You will also spend a meaningful portion of your time helping to drive high profile and high impact cross-functional initiatives that will accelerate our business and delight our customers. This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate your capabilities managing complex programs, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and engaging with senior leaders.
