  • Profound experience in Financial models and business case analytics
  • Advanced Analytical and Critical Thinking.
  • Strategic thinking – supported by a structured approach and focus on the bigger picture. Value-based business perspective
  • Experience from building GtM models.

Responsibilities
  • Business Growth Execution:
  • Lead the execution of Spirii’s growth ambitions, including organic expansion and M&A activities.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships and the development of commercial opportunities, such as portfolio expansion in core markets.
  • Strategic Commercial Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and develop commercial pricing models across product lines, working closely with internal stakeholders and supporting new business areas.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and profitability in new and existing markets.
  • Strategic Financial Modelling & Analysis:
  • Provide analytical support for the Executive Mangement Group on strategic projects, including the implementation of key services.
  • Offer high-level financial insights and projections to inform strategic decisions.


    • Executive Management Team Support:



      • Serve as a versatile resource for the EMT, participating in all EMT meetings, managing protocols, and ensuring follow-up on key projects, KPIs, and agreements.

      • Contribute to the development and refinement of business strategies, such as go-to-market (GtM) approaches in new regions like Mexico and Brazil.
      • Strategy Delivery:
      • Work strategically to deliver on milestones and ensure that deliverables align with broader business objectives.
      • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment with corporate goals.
