We are looking for a Business Strategy & Market Researcher based at our International Headquarter in Schengen, Luxembourg.
As a Business Strategy & Market Researcher , you will play a key role in enabling informed, research-based decision-making across the company. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the profitability of investments, identifying market trends, designing and conducting internal and external surveys, and supporting strategic initiatives with in-depth studies and analyses. A key focus of the role will be to develop comprehensive competitor overviews, helping to uncover market positioning, anticipate emerging risks, and highlight potential opportunities.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational background in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field
  • First experience and interest in research, reporting, or market-related topics
  • Understanding of cost-benefit thinking and investment evaluation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with additional tools / programs is beneficial
  • Clear and structured communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Curiosity and willingness to dive into new topics and industries
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and hands-on mindset
