This role is responsible for supporting the success and satisfaction of the Planning and Engineering groups within Irving Shipbuilding. As the most modern shipyard in North America, Irving Shipyard is defined by its pace and appetite for change. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and working to ensure that the IT products or services provided meet those needs effectively.  The Business Success Managers are the primary point of contact providing support, addressing concerns, and working to maximize the value of technology with business objectives. Strategic engagement may be necessary depending on the characteristics of the account. All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).   This role requires on-site presence.
