We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our centralised coordination and administrative support team. The role | Te tūnga Our administrators work together to provide office administration and business support across Archives Library New Zealand, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role combines front of house reception responsibilities with wider administrative tasks, offering variety and opportunities to contribute across the organisation. You will be part of a collaborative team that supports multiple sites and services, ensuring both staff and visitors to the office receive a professional, and welcoming experience. As this role includes reception and office administration coverage, it is an onsite position based in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm. What you bring | Nōu te rourou Confident and professional in a reception/front-facing role. High level of organisation with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills Experience in working with financial processes such as invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.
