JOB SUMMARY

Our Customer Care Team are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator. This is initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position, with the potential to become permanent role in 2026. This role will report into the Global Senior Manager, Customer Services, and will be based at our Microbial site in Dublin.

  • Assist in preparing all CPQ quotes for designated territory - Quotes will be approved by RM’s for each country
  • Support for translations and review of translations that are requested by PM and marketing to the Sales Team
  • Sales Operations Smartsheet completion for Quality Agreements, SLA’s, Contracts, Third Party Reviews, etc.
  • Salesforce support: Creating Leads and Opportunities as per AM’s instructions Draft / create contacts Create Tasks for the AM’s Complete Competitor Information Assist with preparing product testing information Clean up double/triple accounts in Salesforce by submitting tickets to Master Data Team
  • Tender support administration for European countries.
  • Accugenix Support for new Customers: Web Portal Demo Web Portal Account Creation Support
  • Monitor new customers buying behaviours after instrument installations and share analysis of sales consumption information. (Nuture Program)
  • Contact customers after instrument installation to ensure customer satisfaction and support any further requirements.

EXPERIENCE:

Customer Service Experience or Sales Experience
Salesforce knowledge essential, or experience in equivalent system.
Language skills (Written and Spoken) : English with either Italian, French or Spanish required, advantage if more than second language
School level certificate or diploma
Excellent Planning and organisational skills
Good Numeracy
Strong It Proficiency
Impeccable attention to detail
Able to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities
Strong team player, communicator and collaborator
Demonstrable experience of proven success in similar role
Ideal start date: Early October
