In this fixed term role you will be the go-to person for internal and external customer service, documentation, administration, recordkeeping, reporting and the effective use of information management systems, consistently role-modelling our values in everything you do. In this highly visible and impactful position, you will provide professional administrative and project coordination that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, frees up others to focus on technical delivery, and empowers project teams to achieve high-quality, timely outcomes for stakeholders—ensuring the office runs efficiently, communication is clear and seamless, and project objectives are not only met, but consistently exceeded.
