The Opportunity We’re seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to ensure the day-to-day operations of the Security team run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll foster a culture of learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement, supporting calendar management, travel, meetings, events and cross-functional projects, including R&D Tax Incentive (RDTI) administration. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help the team operate at its best. Key responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day administrative support and coordination for the Security team Managing calendars, meetings and team events Organising travel, accommodation, visas and conference registrations Maintaining office facilities, stationery and SharePoint content Supporting workflow, project administration and RDTI compliance Contributing to team building, knowledge sharing and process improvements The Fit You’re a detail-oriented, highly organised professional with 2 - 4 years of proven administration experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, can work independently, and enjoy supporting teams to succeed. You’ll bring: Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support Strong project and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks accurately Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with a friendly, customer-focused approach Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Project Web App and Power BI is beneficial A proactive, self-starting attitude, with problem-solving skills and attention to detail Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute as a collaborative team player Why Gallagher?
