A passion for education and making a meaningful impact
As a key support specialist in the team, you’ll:
Be the go-to contact for customers, trainers, and learners needing assistance
Manage bookings for our Attachment & Trauma courses — aligning trainers and schools to hit delivery targets
Ensure timely and professional communication, certificate distribution and invoice processing
Support the sales team with key updates, reports, and customer insights
Assist in department projects that improve workflow and customer experience
Keep our CRM updated and help ensure an efficient, high-performing customer journey
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with CRM systems and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A passion for education and making a meaningful impact
