EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Proven experience within a similar administrative role
  • Experience within a Healthcare, domiciliary care or social care setting experience, working within a heavily regulated and compliance based environment would be ideal, but not essential
  • Experience working with remote field-based teams would be helpful
  • Ability to collaborate confidently with all levels of the business is essential
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for an experienced office administrator to join our team. This role will cover the day-to-day administrative support for our office-based operations division, which includes Care coordination team, Nurse Liaisons, HR, Training and sales enquiries.
You will play a critical role in ensuring things run efficiently, and our team feel supported which is especially important for a field-based team. Therefore, you would also need have strong computer literacy, with the ability to manage a wide range of administrative duties efficiently, with the ability also multi-task and work at pace.
Equally your ability to build good relations, collaborating with all levels of the business with a positive, can-do attitude is seen as critical to this role and your success.
Please note that this is an office based role, working generally 5 days within the office, with the occasional day working from home.
