Description
In this role, you will: Facilities & Fleet Management Process purchase orders using the iBuy system. Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain accurate supplier records. Manage procurement of mobile devices and Claro lines, including approvals and documentation. Ensure signed contracts are stored in CM Spring and liaise with the Legal team. Coordinate delivery and collection of contracts and related documents. Provide logistical support for internal and commercial events. Coordinate local and international shipments. Manage office-related requests and periodic supply needs (e.g., EPPs). Support onboarding for new employees and other relevant activities. Experience in business support, customer success, or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., iBuy) and Salesforce is a plus. Knowledge of contract management processes. Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for communication with global teams.
