Responsibilities

Due to the pending opening of our new headquarters, we’re seeking an experienced and highly efficient Business Support Assistant to provide front of house support and be the face of our reception. With a warm and welcoming demeanour, you will meet and great all visitors to the site and maintain the security of the building by providing access passes and managing the sign-in protocols for all internal and external guests.
In addition, you’ll undertake a range of administrative activities, Including, email inbox management, scheduling appointments and meetings, booking travel and catering arrangements and the ordering of office stationery and consumable supplies, plus any other ad-hoc administration requests from the business, helping to maintain and ensure the smooth running of the office.
