Our Business Support team in Hong Kong is looking for a Business Support Executive/Assistant specializing in HR and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with high-volume recruitment projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences. What you will be doing? Draft and review employment contracts for new hires, extensions, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate alignment with business needs. Keep employee records updated in HR systems to maintain data integrity and compliance. Support visa applications and renewals, track deadlines, and manage records to avoid lapses in work authorization. Follow up on timesheets with employees and clients to ensure payroll accuracy. Coordinate background checks for new hires in line with company policies. Work closely with Pay & Bill teams and consultants to deliver smooth HR services. Prepare reports for internal teams and clients as needed. Handle inquiries from employees, clients, and stakeholders promptly and professionally. Who we are looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or business support roles. Detail-oriented and service-focused, with strong organizational skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools. Knowledge of visa processing and employment law will be an advantage.
