Job Req Number:  104753 Time Type: Full Time Overview of the Role Responsible in timely booking of Export & Import Parcel shipments to UPS Website and register respectively in Tango system. Also, ensure maintenance of Air Events in Tango for shipment track and trace and is responsible in efficient and smooth handling of shipments. Furthermore, may handle claims process if required for lost shipments, and processing of Incoming and Outgoing invoice to clients. Specific Tasks and Responsibilities To ensure processing all cross trade, Export and Import Parcel shipments requests received from clients are booked to UPS/FEDEX Website and register the shipments in Tango system respectively. To ensure that all bookings made in UPS/FEDEX (Vendor booking & On-Account booking) are registered in Tango based on the daily Unregistered Report & weekly Recon Report. To ensure that OPS026 – Track & Trace Events are updated accurately, and investigations are made if necessary to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments. To ensure that Data Compliance report is check and missing information is updated accurately. To ensure that all Commercial Invoice and UPS labels are uploaded to AMS (scan documents viewer) To ensure prompt and accurate information are provided to clients by ensuring that shipments are properly checked and coordinated. To adhere to stakeholders’ requirement To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives To do administrative, ad hoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor. To Ensure all Australia Domestic Shipments were booked in TMS or TFM/FRF and registered in Tango for specific client. To ensure Parcel/Domestic shipments were Trackable in E-Schenker by using the E-Desk system. To initiate the Freight forwarding process for specific client and ensuring BID were done correctly with the details request received along with P.O. Quantity, and BID were pushed and provided with the Origin Branches who will handle the shipping. Primary Qualifications Freight-forwarding / logistics education is an advantage.  Knowledge in different transport management system is an advantage.  Good know-how in MS-Office (Outlook /Excel – Intermediate to advanced)  Good know-how in web-based applications / Internet  Quick comprehension and great focus at work  Resilient and has ability to prioritize and meet deadlines   Accurate and reliable  Ability to work in a team  Good interpersonal skills   Open and flexible in meeting customer demands / service attitude  Able to cooperate with various units in DSV (GBS and Local Teams)   DSV – Global transport and logistics Working at DSV means playing in a different league.
